Only use when it is necessary or make your time to use these social media app in full day. 2) In part-time you should have think ,what is doing now after this. 3) Focus at one work at a time,that increase your mindset concentration on that work, then work will be fine in one time. 4)Most important way to manage your time is your friends,which type of friends you have choosen.
